TimberVaults.com will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any item or wish to exchange it, simply email us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a return authorization and return the item to our warehouse in brand new, unused condition. All accessories, tags, etc. must be intact and attached as they originally were. The concealment furniture will require professional packaging.
Since we offer free shipping, please note that you will be charged for the return label with the fixed amount of $45 which will be deducted on the refund once the item has been returned.
Refunds will be issued when products have passed inspection at our location. We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Our return policy for other situations, such as shipping damage and the rare defective item is further explained below.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the freight bill of lading / waybill that there appears to be some damage. We have a large nationwide network of repair people that easily can make most repairs in home.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We offer a three month warranty for all manufacturer's defects (three months from date of purchase). Defective products are rare and can be exchanged or repaired at TimberVaults discretion within three months of receiving your order. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Replacement parts are sent free of charge to the customer by TimberVaults.com within the first three months of purchase. TimberVaults.com is not responsible for installation costs of replacement parts.
WARRANTY
TimberVaults.com warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be suitable for form, fit and function for three months as follows: Wooden structure and lock: three month replacement of the entire product or part of your concealment furniture: Three month parts warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is effective upon date of shipment from TimberVaults.com. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original TimberVaults.com product serial number, the purchasers' original PO number and date of purchase. This warranty is conditional provided that such products were installed and operated in accordance with TimberVaults.com instructions. The obligation of TimberVaults.com is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only. This warranty does not cover damages, including but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to the weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to follow TimberVaults.com instructions. In no event shall TimberVaults.com be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you place an order at TimberVaults.com, your order is then forwarded to our distribution center. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours from the date and time of purchase, we will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No cancellations may be made after shipping has begun.
