If you’ve been waiting on a Timbervault gun concealment shelf — or considering placing an order — we wanted to give you a look behind the scenes at what’s happening in the shop right now.
Our May 2026 production batch is officially underway, and shelves are actively moving through production here in the USA. From raw lumber to final assembly, every Timbervault is built by hand in scheduled production runs designed to maintain the level of fit, finish, and consistency we’re known for.
Why We Build in Production Batches
We don’t build shelves one at a time. Instead, every Timbervault is built as part of a scheduled production batch.

That process allows us to maintain tighter quality control throughout every stage of production. Components are cut together, assembled together, and inspected together, ensuring every shelf meets the same standard before it leaves the shop.
Building in batches also allows our craftsmen to work efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail. It’s one of the reasons we’re able to produce high-quality American-made concealment furniture while remaining competitive with lower-cost imported alternatives.
American-Made Craftsmanship

Every Timbervault shelf is built right here in the United States using domestically sourced materials and American labor.
We’re not importing finished products from overseas or assembling pre-made components. Each shelf is built in-house by craftsmen who take pride in the details — from material selection and joinery to the final finish work.
For us, American manufacturing isn’t a marketing angle. It’s a core part of how we operate and why our products are built the way they are.
What’s Being Built Right Now
The current batch is moving through the core assembly phase. At this stage, the shelf bodies are being built, routed, and fitted for the hidden storage compartment.
This is one of the most important parts of the process because the concealment system has to operate smoothly while remaining completely discreet. Precision matters early in the build process — especially when working with hidden compartments and tight tolerances.

Every shelf is evaluated with the same goal in mind: it should look like a normal piece of furniture to anyone who doesn’t know what to look for. Clean lines, proper fitment, and a seamless appearance are all part of what makes effective concealment furniture work.
The May Batch Ships the Last Week of May
This production run is currently on schedule to be completed, packaged, and shipped during the last week of May 2026.
If you’ve already placed an order — thank you. Your shelf is currently being built as part of this production batch.
If you haven’t ordered yet, there is still a short window to be included before we move into the finishing and paint stages of production. Once this batch closes, new orders will move into the next scheduled run, which will extend lead times accordingly.
If you’re hoping to receive your shelf before summer, now is the best time to reserve your spot in the current batch.

Up Next: Paint & Finish
In our next production update, we’ll show the finishing process — including paint, texture, and the final surface treatments that give each Timbervault its finished appearance.
The finishing stage is where the shelves really begin to come to life, and it plays a major role in making each piece look at home in a living room, office, bedroom, or entryway while still providing discreet firearm storage.
Stay tuned for the next update as this batch continues through production.
